Plyvi is an app designed to support autistic adults with daily routines, medication tracking, well-being monitoring, and communication tools. It's a great example of using Manus to turn a meaningful idea into a real-world product.

Skill = a reusable capability (not a one-off case)

At minimum, it includes a SKILL.md that tells the AI:

• when to use it
• step-by-step how to run it

You can also include: templates / scripts / references

• no clear steps / not reusable
