Australian Pastafarian spends hard time, for asking Parlament member for license photo.
- He was arrested after asking his local Member of Parliament about the discrimination of Pastafarians by Transport for NSW (specifically regarding wearing colanders in license photos).
- Arrested on December 23, but did not receive his three official charges until April 17, 2026. Granted bail on July 17, as he had already spent more time in custody on remand than he would have if actually sentenced.
He was jailed at high security, attacked by guards and viewed horrible things.
