The game has become unplayable (Xbox series S)

As the title says, my game has become unplayable. Cant play without the game crashing every single minute im doing something. Cant enter worlds without some weird bypass, they crash the moment i load into a world. Cant craft or pause because it crashes when i spend even a minute too long in them. I dont know whats causing these problems, ive looked and done everything possible and NOTHING. Ive given up hope of ever playing the game. IF YOU HAVE A SOLUTION PLEASE LEAVE THEM IN THE COMMENTS.

Ive been having an issue that has persisted ever since the beat the heat ptb. When i try to load or create a game the split sexond i load into a game it crashes. Ive tried everything from reinstalling the game, deleting files, but nothing works. Even the latest updates have not fixed this issue. If somebody has found a solution please come foreward, i really need to know a fix for this.
