CMV: Loosing weight isn’t hard
CMV: I’ve been struggling with weight my whole life, I’ve been underweight my whole childhood.
It’s not comfortable to be hungry but eating less (calorie deficit) is as easy as eating something that fills, but has low calories.
I.e. Salad, or more so just greens when you spice them up in a good way.
It’s not hard to eat little if your stomach is full there are so many tasty things that don’t make you gain weight.
It’s not a money problem at all, it’s a convenience problem.
A cucumber salad with some fried chicken fills you for half a day and it’s fucking delicious if you season it right.
I really want to understand how going into a calorie deficit is a challenge, I want to understand people who struggle with eating for real, but I just can’t grasp it if you don’t have a mobility issue.
