Hello! I’ve been trying to dial in my shot but for some reason I can not pull in a 1:2 ratio. Usually getting like 46-50g pulled within 24 seconds. Currently using 18g of Blue Bottle Espresso beans and grinding at 8. No issues with WDT or spring loaded tamper, using both.

Whenever I grind finer, (have only tried 7) then the machine chokes. Grinding at 8, shots pulling too fast giving me 46-50g instead of 36. Not sure what I’m doing wrong, any advice would be appreciated
