What scenes creep you out in the Werwulf trailer?
Photo #1: That is a creepy ritual💀. I'm seeing people happily dance with horned headresses and pitchforks.
Photo #2. This is straight out of "The VVitch", that is the scariest thing I've seen in this whole trailer, why she floating like that😭
Photo #3: Leave bro alone, that kid looked so distraught from the get go and here are these people putting a curse on him.
Photo #4: I wonder if this is a man accused of lycanthropy and was hanged for it. The corpse looks so real (dammit Robert Eggers you sure know how to make things look so real)
Photo #5: Historically hellmouths were a genuine fear among the Christian folk in the 13th century. The paintings are indeed haunting but I'm so happy it's portrayed here.
Photo #6: If y'all remember this is one quick scene where this little girl (who I think is the protagonist's daughter) is witnessing a creature in front of her kill something or someone and blood splatters on her face. Call me crazy but I swear I can see the shape of the thing (who could be the werewolf itself) and I had to map out the shadow and what I think I see is ears, a mane, and maybe a snout. If this is the werewolf, holy God that's scary because do you see how massive the shadow is?!
Photo #7: I think that's the she-wolf's hands. Those claws man.
Photo #8: A beautiful haunting scene. In the middle of the transformation. Those eyes really sell it. I can't tell if he has sharp teeth on his lower jaw or that's just a mix of blood and foamy spit giving that illusion.
