Title says it, Im looking for a local butcher or shop that carries that cut of meat. Ive called around to a few places and they had no idea what it was. Any leads on where to find some would much appreciated.

Edit: thank you so much for the different suggestions. I felt like I was going to have to open a phone book and start calling different butchers/carnicerias
