Hi everyone,

I'm currently looking for housing in the area and strongly considering a Studio at The Lyle on Broad.

Since it looks like a relatively new building, I couldn't find many reviews online. If anyone is currently living there or knows someone who is, I would really appreciate your insights!

Specifically, I'm curious about:

1. Noise/Construction quality: Are the walls super thin? Is there still ongoing construction noise?
2. Management (Hightop Development): Are they responsive to maintenance requests? Any hidden fees or red flags?
3. Location/Safety: How is the vibe around that specific block, especially walking around during the evening?
4. Aldi: I heard there is supposed to be an Aldi on the ground floor. Has it opened yet?

Any other tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
