18 Month Nap Help
Looking for any advice. My toddler goes to sleep great. We have a routine and we just set her in her crib and she gets herself to sleep. But for naps, I’ve always rocked her. It used to take 3-6 minutes so I didn’t have an issue with it. Now it’s taking 15-20 minutes. We’re about to start trying again for another baby, and I know once I’m pregnant, definitely once I start getting bigger, I won’t be too easy to rock this big girl.
How do I get her to go down on her own for her nap? Are we too far gone? I wish so bad I would have never started the rocking.
Other than that she sleeps great. Naps 2 hours usually and sleeps through the night.
If anyone has any insight, it would be greatly appreciated. 🙏🏼
