Loaded up my pc like usual today and instead of loading will pass through the first loading screen (to open bios etc) and then after 3 cycles run into this problem. After attempting to repair windows via downloading it onto a USB drive and opening it via the usb and moving it over came to no conclusion and not sure what more i can do. (limited knowledge on pcs)
