I do not know what I can do, i have a shadowban on twitter (x) for more than 12 days and i have stopped any activity 10 days ago in order to make it cool down as they suggested in some articles, i still have a ghost ban and of course i could not reach their support. So what is the solution?

I do not use bots or any automated answer, not hashtags and no harassment words.

My account is not new, for more than 10 yrs
