So, I recently purchased an Acer Helios Neo16s, and I believe that I am having heat issues, however, after shipping it back to Acer under warranty, they said they did "extensive testing" and the device functions normally. I know that laptops run hot, but it seems to be overdoing it reaching into the 100+C while gaming very commonly. At idle, just on Firefox or on desktop it seems to be hovering in the high 80s. I just dont want to run into an issue down the line because of heat wear, but at this point idk if this is normal or problematic. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
