I’m 2 months sober today for the first time. I leave on a work trip in a few weeks and the last time I relapsed was in an airport. I hate flying and I have a very stressful job and I’ve let them trigger me into losing progress before. Any advice for a situation I unfortunately can’t avoid that I know will be a tough one for me? If u have something specific from a similar situation I would appreciate it.
