Just looking for some opinions. I had an issue with a product that damaged my slide, and the company in question graciously replaced the slide with a brand new one. While that was all transpiring I decided to get a match slide kit and a 407Comp. Needless to say, I don’t really have a need for the brand new slide that I received. The original barrel has probably about 3k rounds through it.

I’m finding myself with this extra brand new slide, lightly used barrel, and Holosun SCS that I have no need for. The question is, what do yall think the chances are of finding a buyer? Alternatively, if I’m unlikely to be able to sell these parts, what would you do with them in my situation? I was thinking maybe porting…

Planning to attend my first match this coming weekend and am feeling underprepared. I’ve only been shooting for a few months, and have taken 3 training classes (Basic Handgun 1&2 & a defensive handgun course). The second two classes incorporated a lot of holster work, but my normal range is indoors and does not allow drawing from the holster, so I’ve been practicing dry at home. Just looking for any nuggets of knowledge that might be valuable for my first time out!
