Injection site rec.

Hey ladies!

I've been taking reta for 6+ months now, and was taking the wolverine stack for post surgical recovery. Now I've decided I wanted to incorporate KLOW instead of the wolverine stack.

I'm 2 days into klow and this shit is spiiiicy. My first pin wasn't super painful in my thigh but it did leave a pretty significant red mark that is still a little bit there today. So for my second dose last night I tried it in my butt cheek, and that shit sucks so bad, it feels like a really deep bruise.

I know I'm supposed to rotate sites, but unfortunately because of my extended tummy tuck surgery (fleur-de-lis tummy tuck) that I've just had, I'm a little bit nervous about injecting in my tummy, because the skin has moved so much. I don't know if it's still safe. And my other thigh has some pretty gnarly numbness. But it has flare-ups of pain and I'm worried that if I inject into the numb area that It will trigger my nerves and I will be excruciating pain...

Do you have any tips and tricks on making this little more painless, or any other sites that might be beneficial? I've heard the arms could also be okay?

Help his sister out, thank you so much in advance!

ISO: you're BEST advice for beginners

I'm looking for your very best advice or "what I wish I knew" for someone re/staring their fitness journey!

My back story, I (32F) have pcos, have always lived a healthy lifestyle with a clean diet but ended up 5'11 320lbs.. I was in the gym 5 days a week minimum, dedicated with no physical results (felt improvements in stamina and strength, with no weight-loss). I decided to step back, get my hormones in check and start over.

I lost 140lbs and primarily focused on shedding weight for the last 5 years. A month ago I had a tummy tuck to remove my excess skin that was starting to hinder my comfort. When i'm cleared by my surgeon I am ready to start hitting the gym to lean out and pack some muscle back on (because I definitely lost a significant amount of muscle while losing weight).

So I'd like to pretend I'm a brand new baby gym rat, gimme your hacks, advice, whatever you think I could benefit from! It's time for me to finally start SEEING my gains 🎉
