I have been using a stand up red light hybrid tanning bed for a little more than a month now and I have noticed these strange darker dots that only appear on my legs. They are more prominent on my calves but are subtly showing up on my thighs. I notice when I get out of the tanning bed and also my shower I get these red splotches in a similar place and as my skin cools down they’ve just been developing into uneven tan marks. I thought it was a circulation issue but even after shifting my weight and moving around they still appear. I also thought it was a fungal skin reaction and have used some head and shoulders to treat it, and still nothing. I am not sure what this is or how I can treat it. Has anyone had this happen or have any advice?
