I have been noticing more hair fall over the past 2–3 months, especially while washing and combing. It’s not patchy, but definitely more than usual.

Hair type: slightly wavy, medium thickness
History: I’ve colored my hair a few times before and used regular products without paying much attention to ingredients.

Recently started switching to gentler products and avoiding harsh chemicals (even changed my hair color to a milder formula), and it feels slightly better but not fully solved.

Wanted to ask what actually worked for you in reducing hair fall?
