Last night we went into a local store to add my husband’s phone onto my plan. After we left I got an email saying my account was being removed. When I sign into the app or online nothing shows up. I called and the rep told me she can see my account so she doesn’t understand why I got that email. This morning I try the app and online and both are still blank. I called again this morning and was told they can see there is some kind of issue and to give it a day or 2 and call back. Has this happened to anyone else? What am I supposed to do here?
