After listening to sulfur surfer like 20x, I watched the carwash mv and couldn't stop crying. Something about seeing Bladee's much younger self and hearing his new perspectives on the album just brings out this parental feeling. Don't hurt my baby :(

Maybe it's just personal, but sulfur surfer is by far one of the most relatable albums bladee has made. Maxie Marant on TikTok said "it's crazy how bladee is over 30 making music that is more relatable than rappers who are like the same age as me"
