I read this once and I also read that avoidants act identical to narcissists and the only difference was avoidants don't know any better and narcissists do know better and don't care ..... I think it will help if we view them same as narcissists and don't give them status of being a human being ... me personally I'm giving everyone new I meet the attachment style quiz to take cause I'm done with the BS ... it's 25 percent of the population evenly gendered so it's not this small percentage of people and after a certain age it makes up a higher percentage of the single people left cause those secures already married each other and deleted themselves from the dating pool
