I have been trying to get help with a U.S. order. When I call the phone number I am asked to provide an extension, which I don’t have, or press 0 for the operator, no one ever answers, then you’re asked to leave a voicemail. I have also tried the message option on my account, and emailing, too. Any tips for reaching customer service?
