After updating the X20+ firmware, the device started presenting several issues:
Dirty water suction
The pump has been tested and works normally.
Tanks are properly sealed.
Hoses are clear/unclogged.
Despite this, dirty water suction does not function correctly.
Mop washing
The robot does not start the mop washing cycle.
It only performs vacuuming.
Docking at the base
When returning to the base, the robot aligns and positions itself correctly.
However, when climbing the ramp, it tilts to the left.
It cannot dock by itself, requiring a manual touch to align.
Troubleshooting steps already taken
Replaced the cliff sensors.
Thorough cleaning of all sensors.
Removed and reinstalled the app.
Changed the configured region in the app.
Checked for new firmware versions (the current version is the latest available in all tested regions).
Important Note
All problems started immediately after the firmware update, the day after installation. This strongly suggests the cause is related to the update.
