Hello!

I’ve been a head cashier at my store for the past two years, I was hired on as a HC. I recently got promoted to Appliance Specialist and was wondering what tips or advice anyone had! I am aware that for my first 90 days, I won’t be held to my metrics. I know it’ll be a big difference but I am so excited to only be held accountable for my own work and to not have to babysit grown adults.
