What apps do you use to help with migraines?
Hi everyone, I’m curious about what apps people here use to help manage migraines. This could be Tracking apps, brightness filter apps, sound reduction tools, sleep apps, or anything else that helps during an attack.
I would love to know:
- What app do you use?
- What features actually help you?
- What problems or frustrations do you have with them?
- Is there anything you wish migraine apps did better?
For example, things like:
- Too complicated to use during a migraine
- Too many questions
- Bright or overwhelming UI
- Too many adds
- Drains battery
- Doesn’t dim enough
- Annoying notifications/vibrations
- Paywalls/subscriptions
I’m interested in hearing experiences from you guys. Thanks!
