Hi!

I have this frustrating thing where my double stacked washer/dryer just dies if I put in my big towels.

It runs small towels normally and regular loads fine.

But, whenever I put in a beach towel, or one of my bigger absorbent towels, it unbalanced the load.

I have tried washing them separately. And, often have to make it run back through the rinse cycle, to fill and drain again several times before it decides to work. It always unbalances during the spin/drain period.

Is this just an issue with how much water they absorb? Is there a way to make it work more regularly? Or am I doomed to just rolling the dice on spin cycles until it coughs up my towel!?!
