The illusion of control over my property has finally shattered.
Just venting here. After about two months of having 25+ work orders open for my hundred unit property, practically begging and pleading for them to send someone out (I don’t have onsite maintenance), in addition to a last-minute change of vendor for our pool, throw in some reasonably frustrated residents taking their frustrations out on me, top it all off with my recommended improvements being met with passive aggressiveness; I am done.
I am of course, going to keep the job because it pays my bills, but I am certainly done giving myself to bettering this place when nothing comes of it.
Off-topic but these gas prices are crazy!!
