Hi
We were supposed to fly with qatar this week from paris to bali with a stay in doha but due to the current situation as soon as they let us we asked for a refund and they said it was approved as we just had to wait 4 weeks, something understandable due to alot of people probably asking for refunds as well surely.
The problem started when the 4 weeks were over and no refund and no communication at all
I contacted them again and their only awnser was wait 2 more weeks
Is there anything i can do?
I'm living in france and the booking was done with revolut (i have only the basic card and it has a french iban)
