Hope I do this right, let me know if I don't. I am wondering if NamUs case 2019-06412 could be  Regina Ann Orozco, missing from Spartanburg SC on 1/18/2019:

Here's my reasoning: if Regina had a mental break and left home abruptly, and if she had cash on her, she could have made her way to California, where her daughter lived (according to the news link I posted).

The weight discrepancy could be easily explained by living rough from January to August...and she jumped from the overpass on her birthday, 8/24 of that same year. This was her 60th birthday.

She did take her purse and ID with her when she left but was not known to have any money available to her and did not take her bank card.

Is this too far of a reach?
