
Meant to leave this in the fridge overnight, not on the stove 😝.
Added 2.5 kg flour, 2L water, 25 grams of salt, and a bunch of starter together. The idea was to refrigerate it overnight, then take it out, divide it into five, and letting it rise the next day. HOWEVER, I woke up to this 🫠.
Not planning on wasting it though, think I'll make focaccia and pizza with it :)
