When I first started the medication I had the normal insomnia, low hunger, nausea side effects, after about 2 weeks they disappeared. Now more than a year later I start having intense drowsiness, low energy and very bad brain fog(languages get mixed up, words are forgotten and my mind always feels busy). My question is whether these are related to the medicine because I've only heard of side effects getting better with time? Im also wondering if I stop taking it will it get better?
