Looking for hair care advice! (Also what’s my hair type?!)

Looking for the Master Oogway of hair care for some advice 🙏

I grew out my hair for the first time and to be honest I’m not sure what’s the best approach to maintain it, or what products I should be using on a daily basis. When I shampoo, my hair looks thick and full (first two pics) but on other days it falls flatter and looks thinner (last pic)

I am looking for advice on products/styling for my hair. I have naturally wavy hair, but sometimes it looks flatter and less full than I want. I’m trying to get more volume and that textured look without making it stiff or greasy.

Would something like hair mousse help more for volume/thickness? If so what brand? Or would sea salt spray be better for texture? Also open to any product or styling recommendations for my hair type. (Some dude told me to apply moisturizer on my hair, not sure if he was praying on my downfall..)

Might be unrealistic but would like to have hair like Timothee in dune

Here is my current routine:

- shampoo / condition twice a week
- wash my hair everyday when I take a shower
- when my hair is damp I apply a bit of leave in conditioner everyday
- I oil my hair every night before I shampoo / condition

Thank you in advance for any tips / advice!

First pic is of me at 19 years old. I’m now 22 years old. Idk what I was thinking taking a pic at that goofy ahh angle, cuz it’s the only pic I have from 3 years ago. I was insecure maxxing (lowkey still am so might take this post down soon)

I think most of my changes came from not starving myself, since my weight was 118 lbs in the first pic (Bella HADID had some competition). I’m now 140 lbs, and I am trying to lean bulk to 150-160lbs.

I tried recreating the same angle to the best of my abilities to show the changes (if there are any)

I haven’t done any surgeries yet, but I’m looking into getting fat grafting for my under eye area.

If folks are curious I can share what worked / didn’t work (spoiler warning: I dont believe in bonesmashing it’s goofy maxxing)

Also would appreciate if folks could let me know how I can improve further, or if I could get a rating of where I was before and where I am now. Thank you! 🫡🫡
