I think that 90% of the player base of heca is boosted.

Mostly by their team and lack of skill to dodge abilities so phase rush fixes that.

Above is a photo where i played against a guy who swore that hes a btter hecarima in solo dulo.

20/5 is mostly an average result for me but when this guy tried to copy my build fro rage quit a didnt the play game for a few days now since he probably thinks that hecarim is trash.

When someone underperforms champion is blamed, i though that nafiri is op until i first timed her, lost the game and then i didnt blame the champ i blamed my skill and understanding of that champ. Bassicaly same situation on hecarim but you blame the champ and dodnt question yourself, how can i improve?

Im sorry but a hecarim meta where anyone can play him will never come, it took riot 1 patch to make zed strongest mid laner inn the game and he's getting a nerfed immidietly next patch. Heca already had his shine in season 12 and that time will never come back. U either learn to play heca or brag about it on tiktok op.gg to buff him, if u cant dominate on this champ dont play him.

I know cleaver was always bad and serylda was always the better option but the new burn rune actually insta stacks cleaver on any champ. Meaning that if somone i just standing in ur W or if u just hit one Q u can get 5 stacks of cleaver on all 5 people in 3 seconds. Doesnt this seem broken like when kayn used summoner aery to insta proc eclipse as red and get form faster? I still think that this might be better then stormraider and similiar to conq but did anyone test this diamond+ since i cannot at this moment?
