Last night I slept deeply and peacefully. This morning I woke up feeling fresh, joyful, and full of natural energy. The biggest thing I noticed today is that my thinking feels clear again. My mind feels sharper, calmer, and more present. It feels like another strong sign that my brain and body are continuing to heal naturally.
