Could we take it more seriously now?
We need Ui Second Body vs Kitae. Daniel needs that get back.
What I mean by that is that OG Daniel first unlocked his path/got a glimpse of it when he was against the Doctor in complete darkness then fully unlocked it against Paecheon Jo.
In the most recent chapter we see Perfect Body Daniel seemingly control Ui but what’s the possibility that it’s the same as when OG Daniel got his path and he just got a glimpse of controlled Ui to then learn it.
Now I don’t mind Perfect Body Daniel finally controlling Ui I just think it will be a bit disappointing because it happened off screen and last we saw Daniel in his perfect body was when Vasco punched his nose and he was trying to use his path.
This first Gen (who looks like older then Kitae lol) has 2M and was still obliterated. (This is the dominance we expected in Busan).
This can’t be a low diff because Daniel wasn’t hit/touched in any capacity. Daniel just beat him down to implied death by saying that the clean up crew will die as well (or could be saying that if he believes his body is dead they will die as well).
So either a neg or no diff.
I think that there will be a death in this chapter and it will either be Tom Lee or Reporter Kim, and if it’s Reporter Kim, Tom will either find his path or get a different power (it’s PTJ anything can happen).
But is there a chance that the chapter involves in some way, likely at the end of where OG Daniel’s body went to floating down the river? Might not find out about that until the end of the arc which is soon.
By Mid Diff I mean the lowest level of a mid difficulty fight.
I know people will say it will downscale James if it was because he’s meant to be a pinnacle level character and Tom is “just” a top tier.
But we haven’t seen James go all out, and likely won’t even in their fight. We’ve only seen “Current” James use Speed and Technique mastery (and IA if we take that as a mastery. I do but some take it as a Unique Skill), we haven’t seen him use Strength that we know he has or Endurance that he might have from whatever physical training with Kitae happened. Sure we’ve seen the tiniest glimpse of James’ path, but 1: James only used it to show Jaegyeon that he never stood a chance from the start and 2: We didn’t even see the what happened when he used it because all we saw was Jaegyeon go for death kick, James smile and say “I must’ve looked real easy to you” then the building blowing up and Jaegyeon on the ground covered in blood and James still only having the blood when he killed the dog.
And Tom isn’t just any top tier, he’s someone known as the Ultimate King and Fighting Genius. It will be a complete disservice of those two titles if he was to get negged, no diffed or low diffed. Because then why wasn’t someone else called them? James, Gun and Goo are geniuses when it comes to fighting (out of Charles Choi’s 10 Geniuses) and out of all the Gen 0 top tiers, with Jinyoung being the Mirror King, Paecheon being (just) the King of Dalian and half king of Incheon (the King titles we know from Gen 0). Makes sense as to why Gapryong wasn’t called that because he was the Legend, Shingen had his demon name and is called a legend. We don’t know Charles Choi’s yet unless it was just Elite, but if Tom doesn’t turn up and push it to a mid diff, we should just call someone else Ultimate King.
