I'm leveling the Shaman / Monk / Paladin trio, and I'm currently using two flaming fists Primary +7 and Secondary +6.

Is this the best choice at my level (25) or should I be combing those for a +10 in my off hand with a good weapon in my Primary?

If I should combine them what weapon would be best to look for?
