I have a 1917 4K Ultra HD which I bought in 2025. I have played and watched it several times on my Sony UBPX800M2. I tried it today and it's showing as a Data BD on multiple tries. There is no firmware update and seems to be no solution to it. Also the data BD has no playable files.
Please help...
