Boss cutting hours by 10
Hi, I’m a nanny and have worked for this amazing family for almost 4 years. MB wants more time with the kids so my guaranteed 40 hours are turning to 30 in a month. Obviously this will be a big financial deal for me so I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this or has any advice. Should I get another job to offset the hours changed? Ask for a raise? Any advice is helpful!
