Solani – a term for shared identity & belonging
Has anyone else grown up being seen as too Black in Europe, but too white in Africa?
I’ve been thinking there should be a word for people with African and other roots who share that in-between experience — not “mixed” as a category, but a community.
I’ve been thinking about the term Solani.
A space for people with African and other roots who are looking for identity, belonging, and connection.
