I'm looking to set up a thermal camera on my 4th floor balcony to monitor an industrial site across the street. I'm curious how its operations affects the temperature in the surrounding area. I'd want this camera set up indefinitely (connected to power source, within wifi range). Budget up to $4k US.

Ideally, this data would eventually be streamed online.

Any advice on what to look for in a thermal camera, recommendations on cameras, and any other tips?
