Are there any mechanic shops in town that specialize in performance/modified cars? Who do people trust to work on their project cars?

I just installed a new X0 spindle-based power meter crankset, and despite calibrating it multiple times both through my head unit and the AXS app, it will not report zero watts when I am coasting or stopped. The power and cadence values will stay stuck at whatever values they were at before I stopped pedaling, but will return to reporting normally when I resume pedaling.

I did notice during installation that straight out of the box, the lithium aaa battery was installed backwards. I flipped the battery and the unit seemed to act normally other than the zeroing issue. I performed a hard reset by removing the battery and letting the unit discharge for 10 minutes before reinstalling the battery, but that didn’t fix the issue.

Has anyone here experienced this issue?
