Went to load up a chimney and this was sticking out saying "hello".
I usually cook 2 chickens (cut into pieces) on my 22 kettle with the coals on 1 side and the chicken on the other. It always comes out amazing. That is how I usually cook on this most foods this way while I move the meat around. That being said.....what benefits do I get with the vortex instead?
