I‘m not here to rant or anything, but does Ibanez have some qc problems at the moment?

I spent the last few hours with a brand new K7Yin I got yesterday and i‘m shocked. It was basically unplayable.
Spring tension of the lo pro with factory strings was perfectly adjusted to A# Standard
Action height equals Mt. Everest..

The overall build-quality seems just off. I own several RG7‘ and APEX Models but never came across anything like this.
