I am wanting to sell an Australian proprietary limited company that was incorporated in 2000 and has remained dormant since incorporation. It has no trading history, no assets or liabilities, and no ABN or GST history.

I'm looking to transfer ownership through the proper ASIC process, but I'm not sure where people actually advertise this type of company. Are there any Australian business-for-sale marketplaces, brokers, or communities that deal with dormant shelf companies? SEEK business would not allow the ad as the company has never traded and does not have an ABN.

If anyone has experience buying or selling this type of company, I'd appreciate hearing where you listed it and whether there was genuine demand.
