Hair looking thin and dry after getting undercut

I have always had super thick hair that I kept short (pixie short) until a couple years ago when I started growing it out into lovely Victorian vampire hair. Then I had a lapse in judgement and got an undercut. Now my hair looks like this and it really bothers me. I feel like my hair just looks thin, stringy and dry. I don’t really want to cut anymore length off unless I go back to super short. I’m kind of regretting the undercut, but live and learn, I guess.

These are the products I use:

- Dove Bond Strength shampoo and conditioner
- Cantu Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioning Repair Cream
- Not Your Mother’s All Eyes On Me Leave-In, - Pantene Hair Serum Split Ends Hair Treatment Miracle Rescue

Is there anything I can do?
