I made my Encora account back in July of 2025. I tried logging in for the first time in a month or so and I'm getting a message saying that "these credentials do not match our records." I tried resetting my password but I haven't received an email with a password reset link so I am very confused. If someone could provide insight that would be great! If this isn't the right place to post this please let me know, I'm just unsure of what to do.

I’m looking for advice on trying to preserve an autograph that I got done over a week ago that is still wet. I printed a poster from Walgreens (I’ve done this before and had no issues) to get signed for a convention but did not realize that the satin finish would not allow the gold metallic sharpie to absorb. I’ve had the poster sitting out flat for over a week in hopes that it would dry but no luck.

Does anyone have advice for drying/preservation or a good frame that I can put the poster in and leave it be? It’s an 11 x 14 poster if that matters. I was hoping to make it a cast piece but I think I’m better off trying again by printing a new poster that’s matte with no type of shine and hoping the actor does another convention by me soon.
