I don't remember much of the fanfic. I do remember that it had the 3rd Hokage going to inspect Naruto's living situation, declaring war on everyone who blabbed about the Kyuubi inside him (which was a HUGE amount of people!), and setting Naruto up in the clan compound sector of town. Uchiha & Hyuga both got wiped out almost by decree, and the few who remained of the Hyuga were branch members that were fanatically loyal to Naruto since he was the supposed catalyst for their no longer being subjected to "Caged Bird".
