Pattern calls for #5 bully yarn, I have weight 4 worsted weight.
Hi everyone!
I'm making Christmas stockings with Loops n Thread weight 4 100% acrylic yarn, I apparently over bought by like 3-4 skeins & am wanting to use it to make matching decor to go with them & came across this table runner in the exact same pattern as the stockings EXCEPT it calls for #5 bulky yarn. So my question is, can I double up the #4 weight yarn & it look okay? I'm open to other suggestions as well! If this isn't an option I'll probably look for something else to make instead of the runner (but I really want to make this work 🥲). Please help!
