Just gathering what the community thinks on targeting and target-swapping

1. Is it right to target-switch on someone vulnerable? (ex. Doing Gen, Two Time placing ritual, Builderman building sentries/dispensers)

2. Is it right to target-swap after punishing?

(Let's say you're chasing a Guest but a Shedletsky misses their slash. As an extention, punishing the Shedletsky makes them have lower hp than Guest)

3. Is it right to target a problematic person (skilled survivor) before LMS?
