I have mild face blindness so I'm terrible at this game.
I grabbed a pic with them after the morning training having come straight off my flight from the US. I was a little sleepy and delirious but pretty confident it was Wakatakakage and Wakamotoharu, but I realize I've never actually confirmed that, so I thought I'd check with you good people.
I feel like I've done a pretty thorough job of scouring reviews for JAL's newer PE seats on the A350 and every one of the reviews (many of which are quite good) seems to be from row 19. What I can't seem to find any solid info on is the bulkhead experience in these seats. On paper, the 90-degree leg rest would be the best feature, but I'd like to know if that's true in practice. Does suck not having an adjustable (or any) footrest? How are the tray tables compared to the ones in the seat backs (eg, are they as sturdy and large and do they shift forward and back or are they a fixed distance?).
I'm hoping someone here actually has some experience in those seats and can offer some perspective. Even better if you can comment on how they compare to the other PE seats on the A350 or the JAL PE seats on other planes. If it matters at all, I'm looking at the LAX-HND route, but any JAL A350 PE bulkhead experience is most welcome and appreciated.
