Hey everyone! Below is a message I sent to Rode regarding smart pads and the 1.7.3 firmware update. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Ever since I updated the firmware to 1.7.3, I cannot update my smart pads. They will not install new sounds. The pads update, but nothing happens when you press the pad. no sound. The old ones still worked, but I have lost them now, because I did a factory reset to try and fix the issue. It did not work. Everything else is working except the pads. How do I fix this issue?
